CB Flooring is a private, locally owned and operated company headquartered in Columbia Maryland. CB Flooring was founded in 1997 by Chuck and Carol Bode. Chuck and Carol have been doing business in the MD / DC / VA markets operating as Bode Flooring since 1976. We also have a location in Harrisburg PA that currently services our commercial and residential home builder customers. We are currently one of the largest privately owned flooring contractors in the country with a sales volume that exceeded 65 million dollars in 2007.We have three distinct business entities. Our first is our large homebuilder business, catering to the new home construction market both detached and multifamily, which supplies and installs carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate, ceramic and marble for many of the top local and national homebuilders. Our second business is our commercial division, which handles a large variety of floor covering products for general contractors, the public sector, private developers and the government. Our third business is our retail business trading as Bode Floors, a subsidiary of CB Flooring.. Bode Floors is direct to the public, featuring 5 showrooms located in Howard County, Annapolis, and Pikesville, specializing in occupied residential flooring remodeling – including carpet, vinyl, laminate and pre-finished hardwood.

Sales Information

With over 46 sales people and a very large labor force the geography CB Flooring can cover is growing everyday. The states we are currently doing work in are MD, VA, PA, DE, and WV. We have office and warehouse locations in Columbia MD and Harrisburg PA.

Our installation department is dispatching quality installers that do a professional job. Complete with field supervision and dedicated installation managers, our installation department is dedicated to doing the job right the first time.
