Company Information
CB Flooring is a private, locally owned and operated company
headquartered in Howard County Maryland. CB Flooring was founded
in 1997 by Chuck and Carol Bode. Chuck and Carol have been
doing business in the MD / DC / VA markets operating as Bode
Flooring since 1976. We have recently opened a new location
in Harrisburg PA that will service our commercial and residential
home builder customers. We are currently one of the largest
privately owned flooring contractors in the country with a
projected sales volume over 55 million dollars in 2006. We
have three distinct business entities. Our first is our retail
business, Bode Floors, a subsidiary of CB Flooring. Bode Floors
is direct to the public, featuring 3 showrooms, two are located
in Columbia Md. and one in Frederick Md., specializing in
occupied residential flooring remodeling – including
carpet, vinyl, laminate and pre-finished hardwood. Our second
business is our large homebuilder business, catering to the
new home construction market both detached and multifamily,
which installs carpet, vinyl, hardwood, ceramic and marble
for many of the top local and national homebuilders. Our third
business is our commercial sales department, which handles
a large variety of floor covering products for general contractors,
the public sector, private developers and the government.
Sales Information
We have a total of 31 sales people that are the most knowledgeable
in the industry. Our sales staff has an average of 10 years
of flooring experience. We can provide competitive pricing
for all your flooring requirements. If you’re building
a condo building, a school, a high rise building, a tenant
space or you’re just looking for a new floor in your
home; our specialists can assist you in with your flooring
needs.

The Bode name has always been synonymous with outstanding

Our installation department is dispatching quality installers
that do a professional job. Complete with field supervision
and dedicated installation managers, our installation department
is dedicated to doing the job right the first time.
